Does what it says I started with 1 capsule first, which gave me quite a noticable change in concentration. It's easier to stay focused on a particular task, even though not by a ton. I don't have anxiety or depression and I have a healthy lifestyle and diet, so I think that's why it doesn't affect my mood, fatigue or stress so much. The main benefit for me was Memory formation. The speed at which I learn improved by a lot. It seems to be very effective for learning languages I found. Btw. don't forget to drink enough water. Without it I started getting mild stomach aches and with it the effects were better as well. However, a few days in I didn't notice the change consiously anymore, so I upped the dose to 2/day. To my surprise it was only subjective. My memory formation and memory retention was better than I remembered it being with just 1 capsule. Considering the effect of the Lion's Mane-compound it may improve even further over time, but it is to early for me to make a statement on that. If you didn't do a lot of research yet, I suggest looking up Lion's Mane btw. It's pretty interesting. There are articles by MN on this website. I also found that after extended periods of intense and effective study, exhaustion can become a problem. Ultra Caffeine helps in most cases, but sometimes even that's not enough to get you back up. Or if you've already built up a tolerance, it might not be a viable option. Fortunately, Neurodrive has been effective in cases where Ultra Caffeine wasn't. (avoid taking Neurodrive/Ultra Caffeine in the evening though, for obvious reasons)

K Tony May 21, 2018 5 (5/5)  Ultra Caffeine	Does what it says I usually get jitters, nervousness and high blood pressure from coffee. Thanks to the L-Theanine I don't have to deal with that anymore. It only promotes wakefulness though. If you're looking for something more cognitively enhancing, I suggest stacking Ultra Caffeine with something else from this store.

**Please read** I am pretty certain this is the bitartrate salt of DMAE - although this is not stated anywhere on the container, nor in the product description. Dimethylaminoethanol as a freebase is an oily liquid which freezes at -59 degrees C, while the product here is a crystalline solid. This is not an issue, especially considering all other available DMAE supplements are the bitartrate salt. I just feel that it should be made clear exactly what chemical is in the tub you buy. Also, there are dosage implications given that this product only contains 37% DMAE by mass (however the dosage stated on the tub is accurate - the maximum recommended dose is 500 mg up to 4 times daily, equating to a maximum of 740 mg pure DMAE per day). I'd like to reiterate that the only form of DMAE you can buy is the bitartrate salt, so there is no issue with the product itself. I would recommend it :)
